Katy Perry show us 'Firework'

Katy Perry releases the video for her 3rd single from the album 'Teenage Dream'. 'Firework' is my favorite song on the album and the video shows Katy Perry in a couture dress singing from a rooftop balcony, while we get to see different scenarios with people that starts shooting fireworks from their bodies in different situations, not totally unlike the scenes in Christina Aguilera's 'Beautiful'. It's a very pretty video and I love the fireworks effects.

Video Update: Sukkerchok - De 1000 Drømmes Nat

The danish pop/schlager group Sukkerchok has now released the video for the single 'De 1000 Drømmes Nat', which is the first single with the group's new lineup.
The video is quite simple, with white and grey tones. The girls are standing in different poses in a house with sheets hanging down from the ceiling in true 90's boy band manner, and even do some cheesy synchronized moves!

Sukkerchok - De 1000 Drømmes Nat

Shayne Ward is back!

After 3 years of absence, former x-factor winner Shayne Ward is returning with a new single called 'Gotta be somebody'. Weirdly enough it's a cover of a Nickleback track. I still like it though and Shayne deserves to come out with a hit recorded and good promotion. He's a really good singer, watch this acoustic performance of him singing another song from his upcoming album. The video consist of basically just a lot of beautiful shots in a city and man candy.

Shayne Ward - Gotta Be Somebody

Video: Robyn - Indestructible

Robyn's music video for Indestructible is here!! *scream*

The video is a tad...pornographic though. lol You see several couples undressing and making out in bed. And Robyn is wearing some weird dress made out of tubes with moving liquids in them in her shots. The video is a bit strange altogether. What do you make of it?

J-pop: Perfume - Nee

The Japanese elctropop girl group Perfume has a new single called 'Nee' on it's way. It's a great cute elctropop explosion. 'Nee' is currently used in a tie-up campaign with Japanese apparel brand Natural Beauty Basic. Have a look at a preview below:

Perfume - Nee

Tron soundtrack: Daft Punk - Derezzed

Daft Punk is doing the score to Disney's new 'Tron'-movie, and in this new trailer that surfaced we get to here an amazing track called 'Derezzed'. It's amazing and the electronic music duo also makes a cameo in the trailer. The visuals is also quite stunning. Ch-ch-check it out below:

Daft Punk - Derezzed

Darin - Lovekiller

The video for 'Loverkiller' was recorded in august, but has been edited since then and is his most expensive music video to date. The single has also been out in Sweden since July, so the video has taken a good long time to arrive. The story for the music video did Darin come up with himself and it surrounds a girl that breaks peoples hearts(she literally kills them), and Darin is her latest victim.

Except for being an artist Darin loves to write and has been involved a lot on the songs on his latest album, and also penned songs for Westlife and Shayne Ward's upcoming albums.

Nicole Scherzinger - Poison

Nicole Scherzinger, the singer from Pussycat Dolls, is releasing this single as a first taste of her upcoming album.

'Poison' is produced by RedOne, and I think he's almost doing a parody of his own iconic productions. It's SO much of everything and Nicole already got a very hard rough voice, so it tends to get a bit screamy and all over the place.

I didn't like this at all when it popped up a couple of days ago, but I've started to ease in to it, and especially this remix by Cahill.

Dave Koz feat. Dana Glover - Start All Over Again

Dana Glover
I think this amazing jazz/pop-song would be a great peptalk anthem for the 'It gets better'-project(THE PLEDGE: Many LGBT youth can't picture what their lives might be like as openly gay adults. They can't imagine a future for themselves. So let's show them what our lives are like, let's show them what the future may hold in store for them).

Dave Koz is a jazz muscisian that has been in the business for more than 20 years and won several Grammy's. His new song called 'Start All Over Again' featuring singer Dana Glover is featured on his new album 'Hello Tomorrow'

Dave and Dana made a performance of the song in last nights episode of Desperate Housewives and I got smitten with it straight away. The song is telling us that even if you're having a really rough time and are on the bottom, as long as you're breathing, you still have the chance to start all over again. Because tomorrow is a new day.

If you wanna know how the collaboration came to be check out this video clip.

Dave Koz feat. Dana Glover - Start all over again

Lykke Li - Get some

Lykke Li is back with new material. She's been working with the same producers on her sophomore album as on her hit-debut 'Youth Novels'. 'Get Some' is the first taste we get from the new album, and you can even get it as a free download by signing up for Lykke Li's newsletter here. The new album will be released sometime next year.

Eric Saade - It's Gonna Rain

Eric Saade made a huge impact in Sweden last year with his performance in the national selections for Eurovision Song Contest and now he's back with a video for the single 'It's gonna rain' from hos debut album. The video consist of footage from last summers tour, which is rather dull in my opinion, but the song is still a great catchy tune.

Party Friday: Remady feat. Craig David - Do it on my own

'No Superstar'-Remady has teamed up with Craig David in this new video:

Remady feat. Craig David - Do it on my own

Starshell - Superluva

'Superluva' is a song that Britney turned down, passed on to Lady Gaga, and now got in the hands of new artist Starshell. Starshell is an accomplished songwriter who has co-penned several songs, most notably “Love Lockdown” for Kanye West, and “I Can See in Color” and “Closer” for Mary J. Blige. 'Superluva' is produced by Fernando Garibay and is a the cute electro-pop number. And Starshell looks stunning in the video - I mean check out that golden TRAIN! lol

Yeah yeah yeah -It's the new Chris Brown video!

Fresh from the oven comes the video for Chris Browns latest single.

Chris Brown - Yeah X3

Yelle - La Musique

French Yelle is back with a new EP, and here you get the firs "music video" for it. It's actually made out of .gif images. The song is simply called 'La Musique', and it's very easy on the ears and laidback with bitpop-sounds put in here and there.
Check out the crazy video below:

Rihanna - Who's that chick (night version)

Rihanna releases a night version of her music video for 'Who's That Chick'. The song and the video's is a part of Dorito's 'Late Night'-campaign.

Kimberly Cole is smacking a biatch

Yes yes yes! I've waited for this music video since I first heard 'Smack You' in the beginning of may. And the video is everything I've hoped for. Kimberly Cole is throwing fists at an Asian girl that slept with Kimberly's man, she's showing her butt in sequined panties, and she's controlling low life dancers wearing dog-collars with two whips! The only bad thing about the video is that they've censored 'shit', but I guess there ain't nothing you can do about that.

This is what Kimberly says herself about 'Smack You':
"This song was written about self-empowerment and standing up for yourself. I don't condone violence in real life but sometimes you can fantasize! This is more about attitude and art. I LOVE Quentin Tarantino and his Kill Bill movies, which inspired the dramatic fight scenes, theatrics and gritty feel of this video. I was blessed to work with every person who was involved in the making of this video and made it what it is. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do"

Lissie goes 'Cuckoo'

...or not really. Lissie the girl behind this years amazing singles 'When I'm Alone' and 'In Sleep' is back with a third single from her debut album 'Cathing a Tiger'. This new video is a more straightforward folk rock affair about rebellious teenage years.

Sunday Girl - Stop Hey

Sunday Girl, or Jade Williams(which is her actual name), has had the opportunity to work with producers like Diplo and Jim Elliot(Kylie Minogue, Ladyhawk among others). Her music is not that far from what other artists like Goldfrapp or Bat for Lashes make, but I see it like a nice addition to them.
Check out her video for Stop Hey:

Introducing: Joyce Jonathan

Joyce Jonathan is a 20 year old French singer-songwriter who's written and composed her debut album herself. Joyce is signed to the same new record company - 'MyMajorCompany' - as Grégoire. The company uses an unique concept that works in the way that people raise money for the artists on their website that they like the most, until an artist earn enough money to make an album. Joyce made 70, 000 €uro before she started recording her album.

Her voice is captivating and the songs evokes something. The lyrics are personal and are inspired by her daily life and the themes of the songs revolves around love and the future.

Here I present two of my favorite tracks from her album 'Sur Mes Gardes'(=on guard).

Joyce Jonathan - L'heure avait sonné

Joyce Jonathan - Pas Besoin de toi

Keri Hilson has reached her 'Breaking Point'

Keri Hilson is back with a single and video talking about girls having a "breaking point". Which basically means that there is only so much a woman can endure during a relationship.

Keri Hilson - Breaking Point

Repeat of the day: ATB - Could you believe

The renowned German Dj ATB released a new track in the beginning of the summer. Yesterday it was on repeat in my headphones during my workday, and so alas I present it as repeat of the day today. Enjoy. It's an extremely catchy dance track that really gets you in a good mood and make you wanna raise your hands.

K-Pop: Rainbow - A

Rainbow is South Korean girl group consisting of 7 girls. The band is a product by one of the biggest record companies in Korea and the girls is said to been in training by the company for 4 years before making their debut last year with the single 'Gossip Girl'. Now their sophomore album is underway and the first video from that album has been released.

Rainbow - A

Reamonn - Yesterday

Reamonn deliver pop-rock in the same sence as The Goo Goo Dolls and the like with their single 'Yesterday'. Reamonn is a German band that has released 6 albums in total, and the singer Garvey provided the vocals for Dj Paul Van Dyk's song 'Let Go'. 'Yesterday' is about someone that wants to give a past relationship another go. The video is fairly basic, but nice enough in it's simpleness. The singer and the various band members and random people downtown is singing(lip-syncing to be exact) the song's lyrics.

African Influences

Esau Mwamwaya was born in Mzuzu in Malawi, East Africa. He grew up in the capital, Lilongwe, where he played drums in various bands. In 1999 Esau Mwamwaya moved to London, England, and has until recently run a second-hand furniture store in Clapton, East London.

Esau’s shop was on the same street as Radioclit’s old studio, and after the Radioclit boys bought a bike from Esau they invited him to one of their house warming parties. They made friends and started working on music together. Two years later and the project has gotten its name: The Very Best.

Listen to a new remix of 'Angonde' from their album
'Warm Heart of Africa'.

'What Happened To' Jessica Mauboy and Jay Sean?

'What Happened To Us' is a collaboration between Jay Sean and australian singer Jessica Mauboy that has surfaced on the net. I think it's a solid piano RnB-track.
The song is written by Jay Sean and comes from Jessica Mauboy's coming album 'Get 'Em Girls'. Have a listen.

Jessica Mauboy feat. Jay Sean – What Happened To Us

Hope feat. Jason Mraz - Love love love

I thought that Hope and Jason Mraz would be a strange pairing, but it turns out it's not. Their voices works perfectly well together and the song is really cute. It sounds more Mraz than Hope. The video makes you longing for summer and vacation. Hope is dancing with a handsome fella, lying in tree's, walking on a beach in a white flowy dress against blue water and doing a low key performance in a café/garden house-type of place.

Party Friday: Cheryl, Dance and House

I couldn't choose just one song today, so I'm presenting a couple of dance floor friendly tracks.

First out we have a remix of Cheryl Cole's single 'Promise this':

Mason feat. Róisín Murphy - Boadicea

Irish Róisín Murphy(former member of Moloko) is returning in a duet with Mason called 'Boadicea'. Quite brilliant if I may say so. According to Wikipedia was Boadicea, "queen of a Celtic tribe who led an uprising against the occupying forces of the Roman Empire." Inneresting. check out the track below.

Mason feat. Róisín Murphy - Boadicea
Mason feat. Roisin Murphy - Boadicea by Mason

LIGHTS is showing of her new 'boots'

The Canadian(isn't Canadian artists everywhere atm, btw?!) solo-act LIGHTS forthcoming single is called 'My boots'. It's the first single from LIGHTS yet to be named follow-up album to the debut 'The Listening'.

LIGHTS - My boots

Far East Movement - Like a G6

Far east movement is extremely hot in the US charts atm with their song 'Like a G6'. The music the group that was formed in 2003 make is some kind of electronic dance rap-thing, which works quite well I must say. All of members are part of the Asian American community and have their own stage names: Kev Nish, Prohgress, J-Splif, and DJ Virman.

Robyn is loving like she's 'Indestructible'

Robyn is releasing a single version of the aucustic orchestral ballad 'Indestructible' from her album 'Body talk pt. 3'. You can listen to it and some remixes below.

This version will also be on Robyn's 3rd and final album in her unique trilogy for 2010.

Video Update: Rihanna - Only Girl

The official music video for Rihannas chart topping hit 'Only Girl' has now surfaced.

Rihanna - Only Girl

Shawn Desman

If you like artists like Justin Timberlake, Jay Sean, Jeremy Greene, Darin, Jesse McCartney, Shayne Ward etc. you should give Shawn Desman a try. Shawn Desman is a Canadian singer of Portuguese and Italian descent. He released his first album in 2002, with 3 top-10-hits, and the album went gold.

In February this year Shawn released the first single from his 3rd album 'Fresh' . The single 'Shiver' is a pretty mid-tempo ballad, and the video has the most amazing choreography I've seen in a music video this year.

Shawn Desman - Shiver

Shawn Desman followed up that single with a more dance friendly track called 'Night Like This', unfortunately it never got a video. I can say with confidence though, if you like these two tracks you can very well buy the whole album. It's filled with good tracks, take a listen to my favorite below:

Shawn Desman - Moneyshot

Kelly Rowland - Forever is just a minute away

'Forever is just a minute away' is a beautiful ballad from Kelly Rowland's upcoming album.
Her vocals has never been as beautiful. I'm really excited for this album. There doesn't seem to be much RnB left, more like club tracks and really well produced pop.
As the line "Call it fate, a mistake, anything but love" suggest, the song is about a relationship that is coming to an end.

Krause - Soaring through the star

'Soaring through the star' is taken of off Dutch Krause's debut album 'No guts, no glory'. And it's a mix of catchy synth pop and electro punk, like the rest of the album. The album is produced by the guys behind drum & bass trio Noisia.

New Hurts: 'Stay'

Hurts is releasing a music video for the single 'Stay', from their debut album 'Hapiness', it's just as melodramatic as previous singles 'Better Than Love' and 'Wonderful Life', but also got a bit slower tempo to it. The video includes rocks, cliffs, beaches, water, a piano, the hurts, a pretty girl and everything is in gray tones.

Hurts - Stay

Video Update: Freemasons feat. Wynter Gordon - Believer

Only four days after that I made the post about this song and said that the video never seemed to surface even though the track has been availble as a download for a long time -did it arrive! And it's all sorts of fabulous -check it out!

Freemasons feat. Wynter Gordon - Believer

Lisa Miskovsky - Lover

Lisa Miskovsky is probably most known outside of Sweden for her hit a few years back called 'Driving one of your cars', for the theme song to Electronic Arts videogame 'Mirror's Edge', or as a member of the Swedish national snowboard team. She's had several big hits in Sweden though and here she is again with a new single from an upcoming album, simply called 'Lover'.

Lisa Miskovsky - Lover

Kat Gramham is 'Sassy'

The beautiful Katerina Graham is mostly known for her role as Bonnie Bennett on CW's hit series 'Vampire Diaries'. Under the stage name Kat Graham she's now releasing her second single in a month. The first one is a cover of Paula Abduls 'Cold hearted snake' and can be watched here. The new single is called 'Sassy' and I would describe it as quite generic catchy RnB-pop, with a chorus that uses the infamous line from Snow white, "Mirror mirror..."

Kat Graham - Sassy

Jazzmine Sullivan - Holding You Down (Goin' In Circles)

I seriously think that Jazzmine Sullivan is the greatest thing that happened to Soul since Mary J. Blige got introduced to the public. She's amazing, and so is her songs. Her last album was packed with awesome songs, the single 'Holding You Down (Goin' In Circles)' from her upcoming album 'Love Me Back'(release date: 30th november) is just as good as her previous material. Check out the video below and be in awe. Jazzmine is joined by Missy Elliot, Dougie Fresh & Pepa, who's making cameos in the video.

Italian in the air

Ok, maybe you don't know it yet, but I love Italy and most things Italian, and now I've got some music for you and instead of putting up 4 different posts with Italian music today, I've choosen to put it all into one massive post. So if you don't like Italian pop music, you can just ignore this post today. :P

First we have the Italian rock band Modá who is domintating the Italian charts atm. And their current single is called 'La Notte'. It's radio friendly and very commercial with beautiful strings and a refrain that feels very classic Italian.

Modá - La Notte

Nina Zilli does pop with a 60's/retro vibe as several other artist does right now, but it's not worse than any of the other artists material either. He lastest single is called 'L'Uomo Che Amava Le Donne', but I also recommend the track '50mila' that was on the soundtrack for the movie 'Mine vaganti'(which I also can recommend).

Nina Zilli - L'Uomo Che Amava Le Donne

Decent Italian hip-hop isn't something I come across that often at all, but this song is quite alright actually.

Club Dogo - Spacco Tutto

And I'm ending this post with a a classic Italian style ballad that's really really good.
Pierdavide Carone - Di Notte

Mickael Miro - L'horloge Tourne

Mickael Miro's debut single 'L'horloge Tourne' is in the same simple guitar based singer-songwriter style as James Blunt, Jason Mraz etc. with the difference that it's in French and has a French feel to it.

Mickael Miro - L'horloge Tourne

Blake McGrath - Relax

This is a clubby cover of Frankie Goes to Hollywood's 'Relax'. The lyrics is somewhat changed and the verser are comepletly new. It's not as classic as the original, but I still find it enjoyable. Blake is a 25yo dancer from Toronto who's worked with the biggest in the business, or what do you say about dancing with stars like Britney Spears, Madonna, Janet Jackson, Ashanti, Destiny's Child, P!nk and Craig David. He's also been a dancer on Canada's 'So You Think You Can Dance?'
Now he's checking out the scene as a singer himself.

Rebbeca | Fiona - Luminary Ones

Rebecca & Fiona are a Swedish Dj duo and club arrangers in Stockholm's night life. This week the first episode of their reality show premiered, so I thought I should present their first single/video for you guys that was released in the beginning of the summer. It's an artistic video, whereas the music is a kind of fusion between indie pop and house.

Tone Damli - Crazy Cool

The beautiful Norwegian Tone Damli has been trying to break it outside her home country with her 3rd album with hits like 'Butterflies' and 'I Know'. Wether that has been successful or not, I don't know, but a week ago she dropped a new single in Norway that's not from that album called 'Crazy cool', and here you get a chance listen to it:

Party Friday: Freemasons feat. Wynter Gordon - Believer

This song has been around for quite some time now, but the video never seem to surface and I can't wait anymore. It's such an amazing track. The amazing House Duo Freemasons has teamed up with American RnB and pop singer Wynter Gordon on this track called 'Believer', vocal house at it's best.

UPDATE: The Music Video is now released and can be found here.

Freemasons feat. Wynter Gordon - Believer

Duffy - Well well well

Duffy is making a comeback with her new single 'Well well well', which samples the Roots and souding very much like herself with her special style and unique voice. Me likes.

The single is released on November 21st, where as the album 'Endlessly' will be release on the 29th November. Duffy has partnered with Albert Hammond while recording the album.

Duffy - Well well well

New P!ink: Raise your glass

Pink is back with a new single called "Raise your glass". I like it, but it sounds much more like a Kate Perry song than a Pink song, or what do you reckon?

P!nk - Raise your glass

More Spanish music: El Guincho

I don't really now anything about El Guincho, but I LOVE this song. Carribean influences mixed with Spanish music culture. Te amo!

And the video is quite special too, we're presented with a story before the music video itself starts(which include girl jumping on a sofa, rocks being thrown, female dancing topless, someone trying to catch a fish in a bathtub,  someone eating from a plate placed on top of another ones head, a skater grinding a cab, a guy jumping into a pool with a gun...etc... In other words: FANTASTIC!)

El Guincho - Bombay

Swedish Indie: Daniel Adams-Ray

Daniel Adams-Ray is one part of the formerly successful Hip-Hop duo Snook. The other half, Oskar Linnros has had a huge hit with 'Från och med du' over the summer and been getting rave reviews for his album. Daniel Adams-Ray two singles that's been premiered so far is like his former duo-members, typical Swedish Indie pop, and it's great. The second single is called 'Gubben i lådan'("Jack-in-the-box"), that is about a destructive relationship that Daniel convulsively held fast to, according to himself.
Take a listen to the songs below.

Daniel Adams-Ray - Dum av dig

Jacynthe don't want us to touch those faders

Jacynthe has been called Canadian pop princess. She's born 1979 and comes from Quebec in Canada and has released 4 albums previously, been recording in both English, French and Italian. Except being an artist she's also been starring in the Québécois version of the reality show 'The Simple Life'. She's also been touring with e Cirque du Soleil in their very first arena tour in 2006, and can also be heard on their album released in the same year.

Her next single will be this poptastic catchy number which is called 'Don't touch those faders'.

Jacynthe - Don't touch those faders

Westlife's new single delivers what it says on the cover

Westlife have been recording new music in the states and are coming back with new single 'Safe', and guess what -it's a bloody ballad!! Shock!! ....or not. It's alright though, not more bland or more fantastic than any of all their other ballad hits. But it's nice, and safe. It even got a classical key-change in the chorus after the middle-eight. Take a listen below.

Westlife - Safe

The new single will be available to buy on the 7th November digitally 8th November physically. The new Westlife album is scheduled for release on the 15th November.

Copy Cat: Jason Derülo - Sky's the limit

I liked this song as soon as I heard it off of Derülo's album, and it's still very good. He's just released the video for it albeit being a bit painful to watch for the eyes due to all the fast cuts combined with lasers and reflective mirrors. Haven't we(at least I) seen the same setting in another music video...I dunno....like Alex Gardner's video for 'I'm not mad'? Check out both videos and decide for yourselves.

Nude shock: Burhan G feat. Nik & Jay - Tættere På Himlen

I've liked a few songs of danish Burhan G before(like this duet with Medina), and I think this slow RnB jam is nice too, but what a video! Burhan is joined on this track by Nik & Jay, all three guys along with a girl appear nude in their muscular selfs. The photo of the video cleverly cuts the images right above the good stuff so no need of censoring. The video is almost appalling with all the flexing the guys do with their fit overly tattooed bodies. Just like the video in the last post, this is a video that you want to stop watching, but really can't take your eyes off. So if you dare -check it out below.

The song is quite pretty though, sung entirely in danish, and the lyrics is damn romantic. The meaning of the title translates to "closer to heaven" and is apparently where this girl he's singing about is taking him.

Burhan G feat. Nik & Jay - Tættere På Himlen

'Hello' -watch your teeth!

This is SO cute it's insane. The 5 boys that is korean Shinee has released the video for their latest single called 'Hello'. If you can manage all the sugar check out the video below and prepare for a sweet track, with very young camp guys trying to win your heart over with smiles . lol But I just can't stop watching.

SHINee - Hello

Album Gems: Darin - Only you can save me

There are a lot of good music out there that never becomes singles, so to put a few of those great songs in the spotlight, I'm now starting a new category of posts in my blog devoted to them called 'Album Gems'.

Fellow 23yo pop-artist(runner up in Swedish Idol 2004) Darin released his fifth album in Sweden this year. On that album he focused on stadium anthems and huge ballads, and the song I'm gonna present to you here is no different. It's simply a beautiful ballad about that strong almost teenage like love you feel for someone. Take a listen to 'Only you can save me' below.

Darin - Only you can save me

Mylene Farmer - Oui Mais... Non

Mylene Farmer is a huge artist in France. I've never been a big fan, even though she's done some great songs. Now she's premiered her new single which strangle enough is an collaboration with producer RedOne(you know, the man behind all Lady Gaga's hits).
It's very Mylene, but also quite eurodance heavy beats with a catchy rhyme-like chorus. Me like a lot.

Mylene Farmer - Oui Mais... Non

Clare Maguire - Ain't Nobody

I don't really know how I would categorize this music, but it got some similarities to Kosheen and Florence & The Machine, and surely it's intriguing. The video is stunning though, the most beautiful video I've seen since Sky Ferreira's video for 'One'.
Clare Maguire is a 22yo from Birmingham and is signed to Universal-Island. 'Ain't Nobody' is her first single, and it will be released on October 18th.

Clare Maguire - Ain't Nobody

Repeat of the Day: Melanie Fiona - Monday Morning

If you haven't heard Melanie's 'Give it to me right' you've clearly missed something, but today the 6 months old single 'Monday Morning' has been my soundtrack during my very hectic work day. Maybe it will ease your burden a bit too. Melanie's soulful voice graces these two songs perfectly.

La la la -All the way!

Who doesn't remember the german band ATC and their hit 'Around the World(La la la)'? Now a new RnB-singer signed to Beluga Heights - Auburn - has sampled that track on her first official single simply called 'La La La'. She'll also be opening act for Jason Derulo's tour this fall as well as releasing her album.

Auburn Feat. Iyaz - La, La, La

In true La La La-spirit check out this amazing La La-megamix!!

Just the way Bruno Mars is

Everyone has probably already heard B.o.B's - Nothing on you. Bruno Mars is the guy that sings the great chorus on that record, his own debut single is called 'Just the Way You Are' and I'm sure it will be a massive hit.

Bruno Mars - Just the way you are

Shakira(feat. Dizzee Rascal) -Loca: The video

Shakira's follow-up to her summer success 'Waka waka' is called 'Loca'. It's already climbing the charts here and there, but here's the video for it.
She's not going any more crazy in this video than any other of hers in my opinion, but you'll surely get some Shakira ass-shaking that she do so well -this time in tight gold pants! That must count for something.

Update: if you wanna shake your ass even more there's even a Freemasons remix out there.

shakira - loca - official video | izlesene.com

From sexy bitches to angels

After the success that was 'Sexy Bitch', Akon and David Guetta has teamed up again due to Akons upcoming album and the first single is called 'Angel'.
Personally I don't think it's nearly as good as 'Sexy Bitch', but judge for yourselves.

Armin van Buuren and Sophie Ellis Bextor is 'Not Giving Up On Love'

Ok, I cannot make a Party Friday-post today, but I imagine that some of you probably will go out today aswell. :) This track ain't superfresh, but it deserves more attention I believe. These days when Sophie Ellis Bextor's solo material seem to go so-so with the public, other DJ's seem to make magic with her voice, and here's another great example of that. So put those dance shoes back on and make a small routine while watching this stunning woman in a video with fantastic photo.

The quite fantastic 'Wonderful life' by Hurts has now been covered in an exquisite version by Kylie Minogue in BBC's Live Lounge. We love the strings. Listen to the wonderful cover and be in awe.

Shontelle's 'Perfect Nightmare'

Although I have no idea what a perfect nightmare would be like, but Shontelle gives us a rather amazing catchy pop song. It starts out as a beautiful ballad, and then after approximately one minute -BOOM! a sick beat starts going and transforms the song into a nice little dance number. Shontelle's also done one of the best ballads of the year: Impossible

Party Friday: Swedish House Mafia - 'Miami 2 Ibiza'
