Emeli Sandé is of Scottish descent and has written songs for a number of stars like She has written for a number of artists, including Cher Lloyd, Susan Boyle, Leona Lewis, Cheryl Cole, and Tinie Tempah. Simon Cowell has called her "his favourite songwriter at the minute".
Her debut single is called "Heaven" and is a drum'n'bass/dubstep-fusion topped with Sandé's beautiful vocals. The song debuted at #2 on the UK singles chart, and her album "Our Version of Events" is slated for a November release.

Yasmin - Light Up The World (feat. Shy FX)
The British DJ and singer Yasmin is premiering her latest single, and yeah... it got a light drum 'n' bass sound that reminds us of other acts like Pendelum, Prodigy, Groove Armada etc. I like it, but it's not as good as her previous singles, or what do you say?

Party Friday: Dj Fresh - Louder (feat. Sian Evans)
English Drum and Bass DJ, Dj Fresh has a new video out for his latest single 'Louder' featuring Welsh singer Sian Evans -singer in the Drum and Bass band Kosheen. The song has been used as part of a Lucozade Lite advertising campaign in the UK and will be released on July 3rd.
